High temperature chamber is mainly used for high-temperature experiments in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, scientific research institutions, etc. It has the functions of drying and sterilization.
I. Core advantages of high temperature chamber:

II. Safety protection and related measures for High Temperature Chamber:
The protection device will be activated when overheating occurs in the High Temperature Chamber: This is because there is an overheating protection device installed in the safety channel and sample controller. The function of this device is: when the temperature in the test sample area is higher than the allowable temperature set on the control panel, the high-temperature testing machine will activate the protection mechanism, emit a warning sound, and shut down at the same time.
The equipment also provides protection against sample overheating. By setting up upper and lower temperature protection, once the temperature in the sample area exceeds the limit temperature, the protection measures will be immediately activated, and the equipment will be shut down with an audible warning. In addition, the equipment also provides protection measures for devices such as centrifugal fans. If the centrifugal fan experiences excessive temperature and overcurrent, the corresponding protection devices will also be activated, and the safety warning sound will occur while the equipment is shut down.
Moreover, the power supply of the device also has safety protection measures. In the event of a power failure or a change in the phase sequence of the power supply, the device will also emit a safety warning sound and shut down. The refrigeration unit and compressor in the equipment are also designed with relevant safety protection settings. If the refrigeration unit experiences overpressure or the coil of the refrigeration compressor is relatively hot, the protection device will also be activated. In addition, there is cooling circulating water in the equipment circulation system. If the system software pressure is not reached for circulating water, there will also be relevant reminders, These protective measures are aimed at timely starting relevant safety protection in case of equipment abnormality, to avoid more serious consequences.
III. Method for correct use of high temperature chamber:
1. The equipment requires that the test items should not be flammable, explosive, corrosive, volatile, or highly radioactive. During the test, if the tested item also needs to be powered on, it cannot use the same power supply as the test box, and separate power supplies are required. The test items must be placed in the designated area as required, generally at a distance of more than 10cm from the inner wall of the box, and at a sufficient distance from the air outlet, return air outlet, and temperature and humidity sensors, without affecting the normal lifting and wind circulation of the equipment. If there are multiple test items, try to place them on the same horizontal plane.
2. Regularly clean and dry the high temperature chamber to ensure that the equipment can normally ventilate and deliver heat. You can use a soft cotton cloth with a small amount of water to wipe, avoid using alcohol, gasoline, or directly rinse with water, otherwise the device may malfunction or even cause electrical leakage. It is also necessary to regularly inspect and maintain various components of the equipment to ensure good operation during the test process. Regardless of cleaning, maintenance, including handling, the equipment must be powered off for operation.
During use or just after the test, be particularly careful when opening the chamber, and wear protective equipment. Do not touch the exhaust pipe to prevent scalding or frostbite.
The test chamber should be placed in a ventilated and cool place, so that the heat generated by the equipment can be easily dissipated.
IV. What are the most likely causes of electric leakage in high temperature chambers?
1. Occasionally, such a situation occurs in the main power supply during equipment operation;
2. When such a situation occurs in the upstream power supply of the equipment;
3. This occurs frequently on equipment;
4. This occurs when the equipment is undergoing a high temperature test;
In the event of electric leakage, the operator should investigate and handle it as soon as possible. They can first check whether the equipment’s switch power connector, grounding device, and wire connector are in good condition, and whether the high temperature chamber equipment can operate normally after the equipment is powered on, Do you feel any obvious hand numbness when contacting the equipment (it needs to be conducted under the guidance of professional staff to avoid equipment leakage causing injury to personnel).
Then test the dielectric strength of the equipment compressor, check the ground resistor with a megohmmeter to see if its resistance value is within the specified range, and then test the dielectric strength of abnormal electronic devices, temperature controllers, lights, and external routes. Observe whether their parameters are within the correct range. If the cause cannot be found through these troubleshooting, it is necessary to promptly contact a professional and investigate the cause.
