3. Sand and dust detection calibration refers to calibrating the sand and dust detection system in the equipment to accurately detect the sand and dust content in the equipment. The calibration of sand and dust detection requires the use of standard sand and dust samples to test the test chamber, and the measurement of sand and dust content through precision instruments to compare the calibration results.
How long does the sand and dust test chamber vacuum?
1. If the extraction speed is less than 40 times the volume of the measured shell, then the extraction is carried out to 80 or 8 hours of the measured shell volume. One condition is that it does not exceed 2KPA.
2. If the pumping speed is 40-60 times per hour, the pumping time is 2 hours. If the measured shell capacity is 10L, it is 60L per minute and 6L per minute.
