What are the standards for high and low temperature chamber?
High and low temperature chamber are used to test various raw materials, such as electronics, electrical products, communications, vehicle dashboard, vehicles, rubber and plastic insulation boards, metal composite materials, food industry, analytical chemistry, building materials decoration, diagnosis and treatment, aerospace and other commodities for heat resistance, cold resistance and dry resistance, and therefore serve as a standard for product quality inspection and new product development.
1. Before the completion and acceptance of the high and low temperature chamber project, it is generally necessary to pay 30-50% of the equipment expenses;
2. The acceptance period for project completion is generally from one week to one month;
3. During the completion and acceptance period of the project, it is required that all equipment operates normally. If there are common problems caused by internal difficulties in the high and low temperature chambers, the completion and acceptance period of the project will be extended;
4. After the completion and acceptance of the project, pay for all or 90% of the equipment expenses;
How does the high and low temperature test chambers test street lights?
Test method: Place the test sample in a low-temperature test chamber with a temperature set at 25 ℃± 5 ℃ and a relative humidity of 55% ± 5% R.H., inspect the appearance and structure, and apply rated voltage and rated frequency current to measure the average illumination of LED street lights according to the standard;
Then, in the darkroom, project the light emitted by the LED street lamp onto the wall 2.0m away from the street lamp and other surfaces, measure the illumination distribution map of the street lamp, measure the length, width and area of the long side, long angle and long width as well as the rectangular area with an appropriate device, and record the values of each long side, long angle and area.
Working condition test: Place the room temperature sample into a small high and low temperature test chamber without packaging, power on, and then adjust the high and low temperature of the small high and low temperature test box to the specified (40 ± 3) ℃. Ensure that the high and low temperature of the test chamber reaches the specified test temperature.
At this temperature, the sample is energized at rated voltage and frequency for 96 hours, and its duration should be calculated from the time the temperature reaches stability. Cut off the power supply of the test chamber, remove the sample from the small high and low temperature test chamber, and restore it to room temperature for 2 hours.
In the low temperature test chamber with the temperature set at 25 ℃± 5 ℃ and the relative humidity of 55% ± 5% R.H., check the appearance and structure of the sample, and then apply the current of rated voltage and rated frequency to measure the average illuminance and illuminance distribution diagram of LED street lamp under the same measurement conditions as 1. Use a small high and low temperature test chamber to test street lights.
What should I pay attention to when cleaning the high and low temperature test chamber?
1. Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of the high and low temperature test chamber:
(1) The impurities inside the equipment should be cleaned before use and operation.
(2) Clean the distribution room at least once a year and use a vacuum cleaner to clean the internal dust.
(3) The exterior of the chamber needs to be wiped with soap and water to keep it clean and tidy
2. Humidifier inspection and maintenance: The water quality inside the water storage chamber of the humidifier needs to be replaced once a month to ensure the cleanliness of the water quality. The humidifier water tray can be cleaned every month to avoid impurities blocking the water and causing uneven water flow.
3. Check the overtemperature protector: When operating the high and low temperature test chamber, it is necessary to set the overtemperature protection to the high value plus 20 ° C-30 ° C. When the temperature in the chamber rises to the over temperature protection point, the over temperature warning light will light up, and the power supply of the heater will stop. In an unattended state, please make sure to check whether the over temperature protection device is properly set before operation to avoid accidents.
4. Clean the gap dust of the condenser: During regular maintenance, it is necessary to use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust on the condenser heat dissipation network or use high-pressure air to remove the dust.
5. Replace the wet ball test cloth in the high and low temperature test chamber: When the surface of the test cloth has dirt, the test cloth has hardened, or after completing the temperature test, or before conducting the humidity test, the test cloth needs to be replaced. The replacement time for the test cloth is three months. When replacing, the chamber needs to be wiped clean, and the replaced test cloth should be clean and free of dirt.
6. Check and adjust the water level of the high and low temperature test chamber: The water level should not be too high to avoid water overflow, and the water level should not be too low. If the water level is too low, it will cause the wet bulb test cloth to absorb water abnormally, affecting the accurate water level of the wet bulb. The water level needs to be maintained at 60%.
The high and low temperature chambers must have stable performance conditions:
1. Material selection: As the name implies, the high and low temperature chamber is a temperature series product, so enterprises should choose high-quality materials that are resistant to high and low temperatures and aging during production.

3. Humidity range: What is the lower humidity that the device can achieve? Deviation value? Stability is an important factor in measuring equipment performance.
4. Component selection: A stable high and low temperature chamber undoubtedly uses high-quality components. In general, the quality of components cannot be guaranteed. If there are always damaged parts in the testing instrument, the service life of the equipment will also be greatly reduced. Therefore, we can say that every component is a straw after crushing the camel, and even if one of them has a problem, it will affect the use of the entire equipment.
5. Pre factory inspection: Before leaving the factory, a quality oriented enterprise should conduct a factory inspection of equipment, inspect the stability of products, and record data. This period should be around three days to a week, and shipment can only be made after confirmation.
