LED lamps have the characteristics of various shapes and large weights, which poses a great challenge to lamp photometry equipment. In order to reduce the slowdown of detection progress caused by the status of mechanical equipment, reduce the consumption of materials and time, etc., the requirements for the state of detection equipment are becoming higher and higher in the work. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, it is necessary to effectively control the working environment and facilities of the equipment to ensure the validity and accuracy of the test results during work. Currently, the main device for LED Tester is the Goniophotometer, including Rotary Reflector Distribution Photometer, Horizontal Distribution Photometer, Rotary Fixture Distribution Photometer, etc. It is used for the luminous intensity distribution test in various LED lights, road lights, spotlights, indoor lamps and lamps outdoors, that is, the light intensity distribution in various directions of the light source (or luminaire). This paper mainly expounds the maintenance and management of the rotary reflector distribution photometer.

The Rotation Luminaire Gioniophotometer is very large in volume, with a total weight of about 1000kg. Therefore, when the lamp arm and main shaft rotate, the inertia is very large, and the ordinary stepping motor is difficult to guarantee accuracy at first. Secondly, when the equipment is running, the vibration caused by controlling its starting and stopping is relatively large, which affects the measurement performance of the lamp and makes it difficult for the equipment to keep stable. So when installing, the four feet of the device should be securely fixed on the reinforced concrete foundation.

Due to the problems of torque and equipment stiffness, a rigid slider is installed at one end of the lamp arm, that is, the other end of the lamp frame, which can slide along the lamp arm with the rotation of the lamp arm to balance the torque and improve the system stability. The range and position of the sliding can be adjusted according to the weight of the mounted lamp. Note that the slider cannot be moved to one end of the mounted lamp.

The rotation of the lamp and the arm is powered by the host cabinet and signal control is provided by a cable. The wiring should be reasonably arranged according to the requirements of not affecting the operation of the equipment and personnel operation; various cables should be straightened and tighten, and anti-mouse measures should be taken. During the entire operation of the device, it is necessary to ensure that the lamp shaft is vertical to the entire test plane, that is, the light-emitting surface of the lamp should be kept vertical to the ground in order to meet the requirements of completing the entire test. Therefore, during installation, the lamp should be installed by laser positioning to meet the requirements of the straightness of the test plane.

1. Mechanical part. The mechanical part is used to collect and measure the light intensity of a certain interception in the space of the lamp. It carries out a series of actions according to the instructions of the cabinet control part. It is mainly composed of a large elliptical mirror, Axis (axis) and C Axis (lamp rack). The mirror is elliptical and its size is up to 2m*1.5m. It is firmly fixed on the base of the luminous intensity distribution meter and has a very high reflectivity. It mainly collects the light emitted from all directions of the light source, and then reflects the light beam to the receiving surface of the detector after the mirror surface. In order to ensure the effective reflectivity of the mirror, alcohol, special wipe paper, glass brush, etc., should be used to wipe and clean the mirror surface to keep the mirror surface clean.

2. Cabinet testing and controlling department. The cabinet is installed with power supply, power meter, touch screen and various circuits and switches, and the placement area should be ensured to be clean and dry. Regular cleaning should be conducted to avoid dust accumulation. When using it, check whether the buttons and power meters are normal and whether the touch screen can operate normally. During the test, sometimes improper operation may cause power interruption. In this case, after checking that the lines and switches are normal, it is often caused by the fuse in the cabinet being burnt out. Replacing the fuse in time is necessary.

3. Detector. The device has two probes, one far and one near. The far probe is fixed on the ground, and the near probe is installed on a conveyor, which can be moved to the specified location. During the test, the detector is on the same line with the rotation axis, and the far probe or near probe can be selected according to the type and power of the test lamp. Regularly clean the lens surface of the probe to avoid dust accumulation affecting the experimental results. Check whether the near probe transmission is normal, whether it can move to the specified test position, whether there is any unusual noise when the motor is working, etc.

4. Computer control part. The placement area should be kept clean and dry, and the computer network should not be connected to the Internet to give a relatively secure environment. But because the computer will be exposed to external storage devices, it may be infected by viruses, so virus killing still needs to be carried out regularly, and as far as possible, special external storage devices should be used. In order to extend the service life of the equipment, switch as few as possible during use, and no need to turn off the device in short time of work: Regular calibration of distributed light meters. At the same time, effective control of the environmental conditions and facilities of the test work is an indispensable measure to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the test results. Therefore, there are certain requirements for laboratory decoration layout and environmental temperature. The laboratory floor, wall and ceiling background should be chosen in black, and no other light source should be available in the test. The laboratory should be kept clean and dry, and the environmental temperature should be controlled at 25°C, and the equipment environment should be monitored and recorded.
