Oman-LISUN engineer provide installation and training for customer who purchased JL-56 waterproof equipment and SC-010 dustproof test chamber

It is a certified manufacturer of highly engineered lighting fixtures and a provider of quality lighting solutions in the Sultanate of Oman. Our goal is to increase customer awareness of our products and our expertise in the language of lighting.

This customer first learned about our company at a lighting fair in Hong Kong. They inquired about our integrating sphere specttroradiometer system, which is an essential testing equipment for LED factories. After confirming some technical issues and understanding the pricing, the customer placed an order promptly when their budget allowed. In 2023, the customer contacted LISUN again to inquire about LISUN’s IP waterproof and dustproof equipment. Due to the established partnership with LISUN, the customer placed an immediate order for LISUN’s JL-56 waterproof equipment and SC-010 dustproof test chamber after understanding some technical parameters.

The main purpose of our engineers’ visit to the company this time was to provide guidance for the installation and training of the equipment. In order to ensure that the customer can operate and install the equipment correctly, the company dispatched engineers to provide on-site training at the customer’s premises. The engineers detailed the operation methods and installation steps of the equipment, ensuring that the customer can correctly operate the JL-56 waterproof equipment and SC-010 dustproof test chamber. After the training session, the engineers also inspected and maintained the LPCE-3(LMS-7000) compact spectroradiometer integrating sphere system previously purchased by the customer.
