Vietnam – LISUN engineer provide installation and training for customer who purchased LSG-1800A High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer

This customer learned about our company from the website. As their company was newly established, initially they only inquired about the basic equipment LMS-6000 portable spectroradiometer for testing illuminance, color parameters, correlated color temperature, color rendering index, etc. After using our products for six months, the customer was satisfied with LISUN’s after service and equipment quality, and directly requested a quotation for the LSG-1800A High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer for IES files. Since the customer was familiar with LISUN, this time they only needed information about the room size and room decoration requirements for the equipment before placing the order.

LSG-1800A goniophotometer is automatic goniophotometric instrument for luminous intensity distribution measurements with facility for rotating the light source.  The LSG-1800A uses a constant temperature detector, Japanese motor and German precision angle coder which keep the test results with high accuracy. It is used for industrial laboratory photometric data measurement of all kinds of luminaries such as street lamp, LED luminaries, HID lamps, fluorescent lamps and so on. This solution is full meet customer test requirement.  We are produced immediately after receiving the customer’s order, and also design the dark room drawings according to the size of the customer’s room.

After receiving our equipment, the customer found that their factory did not have a suitable room for installation. They then built a darkroom outside the factory. The customer informed us of this after receiving the equipment, and coincidentally, our engineer was scheduled to provide after-sales service in Vietnam. When our engineer arrived at the customer’s factory, the darkroom was still not fully completed. With the engineer’s urging, the darkroom was finally completed.
