Russia – Customer successfully installed and operated LSG-1800A High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer

The company has been offering their lighting solutions since 1992. They design, develop and manufacture indoor lighting fixtures and lighting systems providing general and decorative illumination of both private spaces and social facilities such as offices, shopping centers, car showrooms, etc.

Since they have our own state-of-the-art lighting production facilities, they do not confine themselves to the manufacture of the standard range of light fixtures alone. They also develop and manufacture lighting solutions based on customer-specific designs.

The client learned about our company through a third-party website. They purchased our LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System many years ago. After six or seven years of use, the system has been running smoothly without any issues. As the client’s testing needs increased and the variety of lamps they produce diversified, they required more precise testing equipment for larger outdoor lamps to obtain detailed data such as Luminous Intensity Data, Luminous Intensity Distribution, Zonal Luminous Flux, Luminaires Efficiency, Luminance Distribution and more.

Due to our previous collaboration, the client gained a thorough understanding of the quality of our equipment and our excellent after-sales service. This time, the client chose our equipment again. After briefly discussing some technical issues and the preparation of the dark room, the client quickly placed an order for our LSG-1800A High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer. LISUN LSG-1800A goniphotometer uses a constant temperature detector, Japanese motor and German precision angle coder which keep the test results with high accuracy. It is used for industrial laboratory photometric data measurement of all kinds of luminaries such as LED luminaries, HID lamps, fluorescent lamps and so on.

Upon receiving the client’s order, our technical team promptly responded and designed a dark room layout for the client free of charge, based on the dimensions of their room. By the time the equipment arrived at the client’s facility, their dark room was already fully renovated. LISUN engineers immediately provided the English user manual and installation training videos for the equipment. The client followed our detailed instructions and video guidance step by step and successfully completed the installation.
