The WDT-B42 Flexing Test Apparatus for Flexible Cables is according to IEC 60245-1 Clause 5.6.3.1 (GB/T 5013.1 Clause 5.6.3.1), IEC 60245-2 Clause 3.1 Figure 1 (GB/T 5013.2 Clause 3.1 Figure 1), IEC 60227-1 Clause 5.6.3.1 (GB/T 5023.1 Clause 5.6.3.1), IEC 60227-2 Clause 3.1 Figure 1 (GB/T 5023.2 Clause 3.1 Figure 1). It is suitable for mechanical strength testing for Flexible Cables after a certain number of bendings under dynamic load.
The WDT-B42T Three Pulley Flexing Test Apparatus for Flexible Cables is fully meet IEC 60245-2 Clause 3.5 Figure 3 (GB/T 5013.2 Clause 3.1 Figure 3). It is suitable for mechanical strength testing for Flexible Cables after a certain number of bendings under dynamic load.
Test principle: A 5m long specimen is reciprocated within a 1m stroke through a pair of pulleys to achieve bending test of wires and cables.
