Product No: WDT-B49
WDT-B49 fully complies with IEC 60245-1:2008 Clause 5.6.3.3 (GB/T 5013.1-2008 Clause Clause 5.6.3.3) and IEC 60245-2:1998 Clause 3.3 and Figure 3 (GB/T 5013.2-2008 Clause 3.3 and Figure 3), and is used for abrasion resistance test of finished flexible cables.
The test should be carried out on three pairs of flexible cable specimens, each of which is about 1m long. In each pair of specimens, one specimen should be wound around a fixed wheel with a groove bottom diameter of 40mm twice, and the distance between the flanges of the wheel is such that each circle of specimens is in close contact with each other. Then fix the specimen to prevent any relative movement between the cable and the wheel. Another specimen should be placed in the groove formed by the above two circles of specimens, with a weight of 500g hanging at one end, and the other end of the specimen should move up and down within a distance of 0.10m, with a speed of about 40 single strokes per minute.
