Product No: TTC-2
TTC-2 High Voltage Tracking Test Chamber fully complies with IEC 60587:2022 (GB/T 6553-2024) and ISO 37:1994 standards. It is applicable for testing the resistance to tracking and erosion of solid insulating materials such as insulators and silicone rubber. The device simulates severe environmental conditions under power frequency (48Hz–62Hz) using liquid contaminants and inclined test specimens to evaluate and classify the tracking and erosion resistance levels of electrical insulating materials.
Features:
• Number of Test Specimens:The apparatus supports simultaneous testing of up to 5 specimens, each with an independently controlled system.
• Operation Display: The instrument provides real-time display of each specimen’s leakage current, the maximum current value recorded since the start of the test, and the real-time voltage for each individual test channel.
• Alarm System: The leakage current threshold can be freely set within the range of 0 mA to 100 mA. If the leakage current of any test channel exceeds the preset value during the test, the system will trigger an alarm and automatically cut off the high voltage power supply for that channel, while allowing the remaining channels to continue testing unaffected.
• Dripping Control: The drip flow rate is controlled by a peristaltic pump. The flow rate can be freely adjusted via the touchscreen interface according to actual requirements, offering simple and convenient operation. The real-time flow rate is also displayed during the test process.
• Liquid Collection System: The apparatus features separate containers for the fresh test liquid and the used liquid, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the testing solution.
• Automatic Voltage Ramp-Up: The system automatically ramps up to the preset test voltage.
• Automatic Voltage Reset: After the test is completed, the voltage automatically returns to zero.
• Test Duration: The test time can be freely set according to user requirements.
• Voltage Stability: The high voltage is generated by an oil-immersed transformer with a fixed transformation ratio, powered by a variac (autotransformer) for voltage adjustment. Due to the fixed capacity of the oil-immersed transformer, the voltage drop during the test remains minimal, ensuring stable voltage under constant voltage testing conditions.
• Data Calibration: To compensate for potential voltage and current deviations after long-term use, the device supports voltage and current calibration.
• Test Voltage Types: Supports both DC voltage and AC voltage testing.
• Test Methods: Supports both constant voltage testing and stepwise voltage testing methods.
• Door Interlock: When the test chamber door is opened, the high voltage power supply is automatically cut off for safety.
