This customer is a relatively well-known manufacturer of various indoor and outdoor lamps in Istanbul of Turkey. It’s Specialize in the production and sales of high-quality LED lights that meet international standards and are exported to the world.

We learned about this customer’s inquiring integrating sphere system through our old customer in 2014, and quickly contacted the customer to provide a suitable quotation according to the customer’s requirement details. After less than a month of understanding and negotiation, the customer quickly bought a set of LPCE-2 (LMS-9000A) high-precision integrating sphere spectrometer system from our company. After the customer receives the order, we quickly arrange our engineer to go to the customer’s factory for free installation and training. Customers are very satisfied with our services and products. Later, this customer purchased SC-020 IP dustproof test chamber, SY2036 aging rack test equipment, ZY-3 needle flame tester, ZRS-3H glow wire tester, IK01-10IK large pendulum tester, GDJS-010A High and low temperature with humidity test chamber, LVD-100KG Electrodynamic Virbration generator test system, LS9923 withstand voltage&insulation tester, M9822 DC electronic load, etc., All of them have been successfully installed and used.

In May 2020, due to the virus affect, we can no longer go to the customer’s factory to provide installation and training as before, but LISUN consider a solution to solve this installation problem. Our engineers worked step by step on the spot and recorded it with video and finally made into installation and training video. We inform the customer that we are doing the installation video and will finish it soon, and the customer place the order for the LSG-1800BCCD High Precision Rotation Luminaire goniophotometer soon. After the customer’s order is completed and arrives at the customer’s factory, our installation video is also completed and sent to the customer as soon as possible. After the customer carefully checked our video and followed the video step by step, the installation and use were successfully completed.
