What is the ipx7 waterproof test chamber?

The IPX7 waterproof test chamber, also known as the immersion test machine, the soaking test box, the IPX7 waterproof equipmen is mainly used to test the physical and other related waterproof properties of electronic, electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under the simulated rain weather conditions.

Features of IPX7 waterproof test chamber:
1. It is applicable to the IPX7 waterproof grade test of the product.
2. Double layer structure of immersion tank: the inner layer is made of SUS304 # stainless steel, and the whole structure is formed by sub arc welding to ensure no rust and water leakage after long use; Stiffeners are used in the middle of the two layers to ensure that the inner box is not deformed;
3. The outer layer is welded with hairline stainless steel plate, and is wrapped with stainless steel plate. There is no welding point on the surface, and the overall appearance is beautiful and generous.
4. 40 square steel pipes are used as reinforcing plates in the middle of the double layers to keep the inner box from deformation;
5. The surface layer is welded with hairline stainless steel plate, and the black mirror steel plate is used for edge banding. There is no spot welding on the surface, which is unique in general.
6. The water valve is located on the upper back of the water storage tank under the construction of the inlet and outlet pipes.
7. The window is made of 15mm tempered laminated glass, which can clearly observe the test condition of the test object.
8. The stainless steel plate support frame carries the weight of the universal wheel and the foot cup, which is convenient to move and fix.
9. The stainless steel ruler displays the information water level.

How to judge whether the IPX7 waterproof test chamber is qualified?
Judgment method: soak the electronic products in IPX7 immersion test chamber with water depth of 1-1.2 meters for 30 minutes, and the electronic products are qualified if they have no harmful effects.
1. The IPX7 waterproof test box is applicable to the IPX7 waterproof grade test of products;
2. The allowable depth of this box is 1.2m, and the bottom area is 600 * 600mm. (Customizable);
3. The water tank is spliced by five pieces of tempered glass, with a fully transparent structure, which can observe the test conditions in the tank;
4. Stainless steel frame, fixed and supported glass water tank, firm and reliable;
5. The inlet and outlet water pipes are located at the bottom of the water tank; There are two external water valve switches on the base, one inlet valve and one drain valve.

Test conditions of IPX7 waterproof test chamber:
1. The low point of the shell whose height is less than 850mm shall be 1000mm lower than the water surface;
2. The high point of the shell whose height is equal to or greater than 850mm shall be 150mm lower than the water surface;
3. Test duration: 30min;
4. The temperature difference between the water temperature and the sample shall not be greater than 5K. If the test sample needs to be tested under live and/or running conditions, relevant product standards can specify this requirement separately.
