Croatia-successfully installed LSG-1890B High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer by watching the installation video

This customer is LISUN VIP customer and it is the first private ESCO company in the Republic of Croatia in the field of modernization / reconstruction of public lighting. The company was founded in 2013 after the gathered expert team recognized the need to modernize over 80% of public lighting in the Republic of Croatia. Many years of experience of the company’s employees and associates in the field of public lighting maintenance, design and production activities, as well as detailed knowledge of legal regulations have resulted in a seasoned professional team that is able to solve all the most demanding problems of public lighting modernization in all its phases

Since the company is able to respond to all specific requirements and needs for public lighting in certain local areas with its design and technological solutions, the company wants to assert itself as a leader in the market of providing energy services in the field of public lighting.

This customer contacted our company in 2014. At that time, because the company was just established, it only consulted the basic measurement such as lumen test, color parameters, and electrical parameters and so on. After communicating a series of technical issues with our technical person, customers purchased LISUN LPCE-2 High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System. After the equipment installed, customers satisfied with LISUN equipment quality and after -sales service. Later, the company’s scale expanded, and they consulted our Type B LSG-1800B (now upgraded to LSG-1890B High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer). At first, the customer was worried about the problem of the dark room decoration. We informed the customer that after receiving the order, LISUN engineer will design a decoration drawing based on the customer’s laboratory venue size. Because of the cooperation, customers trust our company, so they quickly placed an order to buy Lisun’s High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer.

After receiving the customer’s order, we immediately arranged production and provided decoration drawings at the same time. Customer is preparing for the dark room decoration while we are producing. After receiving our equipment, the customer immediately contacted the engineer of LISUN for installation and training. Due to the outbreak of the epidemic at the time, all suppliers including LISUN’s engineers could not go abroad for installation and training. But at the beginning of the epidemic, LISUN had considered this and made corresponding countermeasures. The engineer of Lisun sent the detailed installation video to the customer and patiently guided the customer to watch the video, and follow to install it step by step according to the video. All new things were difficult at the beginning, but in the end, the customers were installed soon after watching several time of video, and they also learned many technical problems.
