Environmental requirements for dustproof chamber

Working principle of dustproof chamber:
The powder circulating pump in the sand and dust test chamber can be replaced by other methods that can suspend talc powder. Talc powder shall be filtered by metal square mesh sieve. Straight wire diameter 50 μ m. Mesh size 75 μ m。 The amount of talc powder is 2kg per cubic meter of test chamber volume, and the number of times of use shall not exceed 20.

3. There is an air extraction pipe in the box, which can complete the vacuumizing action on the sample (the sample needs to reserve the air extraction hole position)

5. Vacuum system: equipped with vacuum pump, vacuum meter, air filter, flow meter and connecting pipe.

3. Grounding resistance of protective ground wire: the grounding resistance of protective ground wire is less than 4 Ω

Power switch conditions of dustproof chamber:
1. The user is required to configure the leakage protection air switch with corresponding capacity for the equipment at the installation site, and the switch must be used independently for the equipment;
2. It is forbidden to use knife switch or power socket;
3. The leakage protection air switch shall not be more than 2 meters away from the equipment.

Requirements for use site of dustproof chamber:
1. Requirements for the use site of the sand and dust laboratory: the ground is flat and the ground bearing capacity is not less than 200kg/m2;
2. The site of the sand and dust test room is well ventilated, and there is no strong vibration, strong electromagnetic field effect and corrosive substances such as flammable and explosive around;
3. Proper use and maintenance space shall be reserved around the sand and dust test room;

Can the sand dust chamber be tested with sand particles?
In fact, if sand particles are used for the test of sand dust chamber, it is an irregular thing with different shapes and sizes. Therefore, it may also fail to meet the requirements of the test standard. Some particles are too large and will block the screen. In serious cases, it may cause damage to the screen and operation problems of sand and dust test equipment.

The dustproof chamber has two test methods. The first is that when the air pressure in the chamber is lower than the ambient atmospheric pressure, the vacuum pump is used to keep the air pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure due to the thermal cycle effect, and the air extraction should be connected to the hole specially set for the test.

The second type: when the air pressure in the shell is the same as the ambient atmospheric pressure, the tested shell is placed in the test box according to the normal working position, but not connected to the vacuum pump. The drain hole that is opened under normal conditions should remain open during the test, and the test duration is 8 hours.
