Clean the condenser dirt regularly to improve the heat dissipation state of the high and low temperature chamber.
Common errors in high and low temperature chamber:
From the perspective of reliability of high and low temperature chamber, human error in high and low temperature chamber test can be divided into the following five types:
①. The design error violates the humanized design principle. Once the operation error occurs, it will cause equipment failure;
②. Process error, process does not meet the drawing and process requirements;
③. For inspection errors, products that do not exceed the allowable error are considered as unqualified products, or products that exceed the allowable error are considered as qualified products;

Errors in operation, non-standard operation, lack of necessary steps or addition of additional steps and operation sequence, etc., reversing the operation sequence, etc; Handle the above errors, which are generated during the transportation and storage of high and low temperature chamber. Even if the above errors occur, the system may not fail immediately. However, these factors are indeed the cause of system failure. In particular, the main reasons for equipment failure are that the necessary personnel and equipment, procedure tables, technical data, logistics and other elements are not complete, and the relevant regulations and procedures for use are incomplete.
How to solve the problem of no reaction in high and low temperature chamber?
1. Check whether the high and low temperature test box contacts well and whether the master switch contacts well/whether it is burnt, damaged, repaired or replaced;
2. Check whether the contactor or relay is in good contact or burnt or damaged;
3. Whether the overtemperature setting of the high and low temperature chamber meter is correct/whether it is burnt out, damaged, reset or replaced;
4. Check whether the phase sequence connection of the power incoming line (phase sequence relay) is correct or damaged, and reconnect/replace it;
5. Whether the pressure adjustment of the pressure controller is correct or damaged, readjust or replace it;
We can investigate the cause of the failure through the above points. According to the above analysis, only by deeply understanding the working principle and process of the high and low temperature chamber can we quickly solve the problems in the operation of the test chamber.
