2. Color matching, painting, printing ink, etc.
When receiving the customer’s standard sample, the company shall assign colors according to the standard sample. In this process, the low sample should be repeated. When there is no instrument to measure the color difference between the standard sample and the sample, the color difference between the evaluation sample and the standard sample basically depends on the human eye. Due to the subjective factors of human eyes, there are some problems, such as. Long calibration cycle, high calibration cost, low color accuracy, and difficult color difference data.

Precautions during the use of colorimeter:
1. A customer provided a set of color coordinates to the manufacturer, but no standard sample was provided. In this case, it must be clear which color space the color coordinates provided by the customer were measured in, as well as the lighting conditions and the type of light source. The measured values vary greatly in different color coordinate spaces and are not comparable; In the same color space, the chromaticity coordinates vary greatly with different lighting conditions, but the chromaticity difference is relatively small. In this case, the customer should provide the standard sample, use the standard sample to communicate with the user, use the standard sample as the reference, and control the color difference;
2. It is necessary to determine the color coordinate space of the current instrument according to the user’s color coordinate space. All instruments are adjusted using the standard white board as the benchmark. When the instrument is used for a period of time, it is necessary to recalibrate the instrument with the standard white board attached to it to achieve the highest measurement accuracy;
3. The difference between the two measurements is large
①. Dirty objects entering the measuring port will cause inaccurate measurement and seriously affect the measurement results;
②. Check whether the battery consumption is too low (less than 20%), replace it with a new dry battery or use DC power supply.
③. Check whether the instruments and test objects are stable during the measurement, and whether the contact between the measuring port and the measuring surface is tight and good;
