1. The difference between the detection objectives in the Temperature Humidity Chamber: if the equipment is placed in the chamber enough to affect the overall inside, the uniformity of the temperature inside the chamber (that is, the temperature uniformity) will be affected to a certain level when the equipment detects the samples for convective heat transfer. If there is a product that can emit light and heat as the heat load, it will cause a great impact on the temperature uniformity. 2. Because the structure of each equipment is different, the temperature of the inner wall of the detection box will also be unstable, which will affect the flow of gas and cause temperature imbalance.

3. The difficulties in the internal structure and interior space design of the test chamber will also affect the uneven temperature of the equipment. In this standard, the key reflection of the sheet metal design and processing plant, such as the design of the ventilation outlet, the location of the heating pipe and the output efficiency of the centrifugal fan, will affect the temperature uniformity in the small box in the chamber.

5. Because the thermal conductivity of the surface layer around the six sides of the chamber wall of the personal equipment is different, some have inspection holes, inspection holes, etc. This will cause uneven temperature of the chamber, and affect the radiation source of the test chamber, thus affecting the temperature uniformity.

6. ⑤ Errors in operation, non-standard operation, lack of necessary steps or addition of additional steps and operation sequence, etc., reversing the operation sequence, etc; Handle the above errors, which are generated during the transportation and storage of high and low temperature boxes. Even if the above errors occur, the system may not fail immediately. However, these factors are indeed the cause of system failure. In particular, the main reasons for equipment failure are that the necessary personnel and equipment, procedure tables, technical data, logistics and other elements are not complete, and the relevant regulations and procedures for use are incomplete. Therefore, corresponding measures should be taken in the reliability design to prevent the occurrence of human failure.
