Principle explanation and precautions of dust blowing test chamber:
1. Please pay attention to placing the device in a dry environment with good ventilation conditions.

Description of some key functions of sand and dust test chamber:
1. Power switch (left): used to control the power on/off status of the whole machine.
2. Emergency stop button (right): used in case of mechanical failure, operation error and other emergency situations. Press this button, all equipment actions will be stopped; In the emergency stop state, turn the key clockwise to reset.
3. Pressure gauge: used to display the actual water pressure during the test.

Machine operation steps:
1. Pour talcum powder evenly into the bottom of the box.
2. Place the test sample (lamp) in the center of the network and connect it to the dust-proof socket (note: pay attention to the safety of electricity before the sample is powered on);
3. Close the door and press the “Test Start” button to automatically start the dust test. The test stops automatically until the set time.
Pretreatment sample:
1. If the technical conditions of the sample are required, the sample shall be pretreated as required to keep the sample dry. The dustproof test is a part of the shell protection test and is usually connected with the waterproof test. After the waterproof test, the sample must be dried before being put into the dustproof chamber. If no pretreatment conditions are specified for the sample, the sample shall be placed for more than 2 hours according to GB2423.37.
