Because the surface of the high and low temperature chamber will be high when testing the heat resistance of the goods, it is very easy to cause burns or other equipment around if there are staff close to it. If the equipment is flammable, it is easy to cause fire accidents and cause unnecessary inconvenience. Therefore, when installing the high and low temperature chambers, pay attention to the distance between them and other equipment or walls, and leave a distance of one meter up and down.
The high and low temperature chamber can be installed on the surface of the table that is level with the horizontal plane. If it is impossible to measure whether it is parallel to the horizontal plane, you can take a glass of water or use a level instrument to test it more technically. The inspection results detected by the level equipment will obviously be more standard. The actual selection of the method depends on the customer’s own selection.
Please try to choose a place that is protected from the sun, because the water in the water storage tank will evaporate if it is exposed to direct sunlight for a long time. It is also very risky to use the environmental test chamber when there is no water in the water storage tank. This is equivalent to roasting a spicy dry pot with fire. If it doesn’t take long, there will be some problems. In addition, the exposure of natural light in the environmental test chamber will also harm the test results because natural light can take part of the water vapor in the high and low temperature chambers to harm the test results during the test.
Four main reasons for overheating in high and low temperature chamber certification:
The high and low temperature chambers will operate the refrigeration compressor according to the set temperature, along with the change of time, so that the temperature can reach the set range. However, it is likely that the high and low temperature boxes will overheat or the temperature curve will change irregularly due to the long service time of the equipment, the working temperature, the short circuit, and the user’s poor operation.
1. Check whether the temperature setting is appropriate. Refer to the original factory setting temperature of the manufacturer, correct the camera monitoring temperature, and make the temperature control of the high and low temperature box in consideration of the production requirements.
2. When the high and low temperature chamber overheats or the temperature curve changes irregularly, you can query the natural environment temperature and humidity records of the high and low temperature chamber, and whether the high and low temperature chamber office environment temperature and humidity regulations are considered; Check whether the operating voltage of the high and low temperature chamber is considered according to the application regulations. If there is no detection of natural environment temperature, humidity and working voltage, it is suggested that the enterprise should upgrade relevant equipment.
3. Check whether the refrigeration unit can run in the environmental test chamber, and the refrigeration compressor can run in the natural environment test equipment, which means that the household electrical circuit from the main switch power supply to each refrigeration compressor is normal, and the household electrical system and circuit system are ok. Check the refrigeration unit again. When checking the ultra-low temperature refrigeration compressor, if the exhaust pipe and respiratory working pressure are lower than the standard value, and the respiratory working pressure is in the pumping condition, it indicates that the refrigerant volume of the main refrigeration unit is insufficient.
4. If you are not sure of the cause of the common fault, call the manufacturer’s technical engineer to report the status of the common fault and see if they can handle it.
