Photometric and Energy Efficiency Evaluation (CIE 121:1996, IS 16101:2012, IS 16104:2012)
CIE 121:1996 provides guidelines for the photometric measurement of road lighting luminaires, emphasizing luminous intensity distribution, glare control, and visual comfort to optimize illumination quality. Meanwhile, IS 16101:2012 and IS 16104:2012 establish the energy efficiency and safety requirements for LED lighting in the Indian market.
