France-Successfully installed LSG-1700B high-precision goniophotometer by watching the video

This customer is a well-known LED factory in France. Specialized in LED lighting, the company assists professionals throughout their project by offering efficient and economical lighting solutions while respecting the standards in force. They offer a wide choice of LED lighting products for the industrial sector (factories, warehouses, car parks, etc.)

This customer learned about our company at the 2015 Hong Kong exhibition. After communicating with our engineers at the exhibition, I learned that the company is looking for quotation to test lumens, color parameters, luminosity parameters and electrical parameters. And the customer emphasized the need for equipment with relatively high test accuracy. After the exhibition, we quickly made a proposal to our customers and recommended our LPCE-2 (LMS-9000A) High Precision Spectroradiometer integrating sphere system. After receiving our quotation, the customer asked their domestic colleagues to communicate with us about some technical issues and were satisfied with our solution. So they placed an order soon. In 2019, the customer inquiry us again for the new equipment LSG-17000B high-precision goniophotometer, because the customer also needs to measure the UV lamp, so an additional UVC probe is equipped. After confirming some technical problems with our engineers, the equipment was purchased in the middle of 2020.

The customer has already received our equipment in October 2020. However, due to the severe epidemic, our engineers couldn’t go abroad to the customer’s factory for installation and training. However, LISUN had already considered this problem and made a solution at the beginning of the epidemic. Our engineers practice on-site installation and operation of equipment and note it by video. We sent the installation video we made to the customer as soon as possible. After the customer’s engineer are patient to watch our video several times, they watch the video while installing and operating, and finally successfully installed and operated it.
