This success case highlights an encounter we had with a customer at the Delhi exhibition in 2017. Discussions during the exhibition revolved around technical issues, specifically our SG61000-5H20-SP 20KV Lighting Surge Generator and LSG-6000S LM-79 Moving Detector Goniophotometer (Mirror Type C). Budget constraints initially dominated the conversation, but we remained in touch with the customer.

Despite the pandemic’s impact leading many factories to struggle, this customer chose to expand their laboratory during this challenging time. Impressed by previous technical discussions, the customer wasted no time placing an order for our SG61000-5H20-SP 20KV Lightning Surge Generator and LSG-6000S LM-79 Moving Detector Goniophotometer (Mirror Type C) in 2022, when the pandemic was at its worst. Once receiving the customer’s order, our engineers sprung into action. They promptly created darkroom drawings tailored to the customer’s laboratory size, simultaneously pushing forward with equipment production and laboratory decoration.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, our engineers were unable to personally travel and install the equipment or provide training on-site. However, at LISUN, we had prepared extensively at the onset of the outbreak. We had developed comprehensive operation videos for each piece of equipment, enabling the customer to self-install and operate the devices based on the provided videos. The customer successfully installed and utilized the equipment according to our instructions. They even sent us photos of their laboratory, showcasing the equipment’s excellent performance. We appreciate their effort and dedication.
