This is a well-known customer in Oman for outdoor and indoor lighting, and the customer’s factory is relatively large. This customer learned about our company’s equipment through our old customers. And consult our products online in 2019.

The customer consulted our goniophotometer and integrating sphere system online. After confirming the test parameters with the customer, we quickly make a solution for the customer. The customer was very satisfied with our solution and then consulted the environmental test chamber. At first, the customer was worried that the budget was not enough and planned to buy some equipment at the first time and the other equipment will purchase in next time, but our solution was within the customer’s budget. The customer quickly ordered the following products together: LPCE-2 (LMS-9000B) high-precision integrating sphere system, LSG-1800B goniophotometer, GDJS-010 high and low temperature humidity test chamber, SC-010 dustproof test chamber, JL -56 Waterproof test chamber. Because the customer placed the order in November of 2019, we promised to provide the customer with free installation and training. However, in January of 2020, the sudden outbreak of the epidemic prevented our engineers from going to the customer’s factory for installation and training. LISUN engineers also quickly thought of a solution for this solution. Our engineers operate on-site in our own laboratory and record the complete installation and training by video.

After the customer watched our video and followed our video step by step, finally successfully installed and operated the equipment.
