Portugal–LISUN Engineer provide installation& training for customer who purchase the LPCE-2 high-precision spectrometer & integrating sphere system and LSG-1800B Goniophotometer

This customer is a well-known manufacturer of lamps from Portuguese. They have been in the lighting industry for many years. They learned LISUN by searching on the website.

They purchased the LPCE-2(LMS-9000) high-precision spectrometer integrating sphere system and the LSG-1800B goniophotometer at this time. They have been learning about test equipment from Lijun Company before, but finally chose to purchase a goniophotometer from our competitors. After that we received a email from this customer for getting technical support because of equipment problems and not got satisfactory after-sales service from that supplier, LISUN engineer checked the problem for the customer very patient found that equipment could not use anymore. For most of the parts couldn’t work and need to replace a new one. The customer is very satisfied with our engineer’s technical support. So customer purchased two sets of test equipment directly in our company at this time.

After the customer received the equipment, our engineer go to their company for installation and training immediately. Our engineer communicated with the customer without any obstacles and completed the installation and training in a short time.
