The customer learned our company at a Hong Kong exhibition in 2017. At that time, the customer intended to purchase some testing equipment and wanted to inquire about the equipment’s price and some technical questions. However, due to the downturn in their market at the time, they opted to save costs by outsourcing their testing services to third-party laboratories. With the outbreak of the global pandemic in 2019, the market suffered greatly, and the customer remained hesitant.
