Russian- Customer built up a Lighting Lab

This Russian company specializes in designing and developing interior lighting products and combines cutting-edge technology with a passion for design to provide interior and exterior lighting solutions for various wide-ranging applications such as offices, retail, schools, and local authorities. The company first came across our products through our website and developed a strong interest in our score ball system in 2015.

Due to its expanding business scale, the client has become a large LED lighting fixture factory and has plans to build its own laboratory. To understand and validate a range of technical issues, the client consulted multiple lighting fixture equipment suppliers. Ultimately, they chose to use Locus’ LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System, LSG-1800A High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer, SC-015 Dustproof Testing Machine, GDJS-015B Temperature Humidity Chamber, and LVD-100KG Electrodynamic Vibration Generator System.

Upon receiving the client’s order, we quickly commenced production while the client began preparing the darkroom and laboratory for installation. However, due to the impact of the pandemic, our engineers were unable to travel to the client’s laboratory for installation and training. Nevertheless, at the beginning of the pandemic, Locus engineers had already produced detailed installation training videos. We promptly sent the installation operation videos and user manuals to the client. The client followed the steps in the video meticulously and successfully completed the installation and use of the equipment. Below are the laboratory equipment photos sent by the client:

Through this cooperation case with the client, we can see that despite the impact of the pandemic, both parties successfully completed the establishment of the LED lighting fixture factory laboratory. By providing the required installation operation videos and user manuals to the client through quick response and active communication, we assisted them in the installation and use of the equipment. This successful case demonstrates our ability to provide high-quality products and excellent services to our clients and find innovative solutions in the face of difficulties.
