This client is the largest LED factory in Russia and is renowned for its high-performance LED lighting technology, providing energy-efficient solutions for industrial, public, and sports fields. This client became aware of our company’s equipment through a customer who had previously purchased our equipment. After learning about the quality and after-sales service of our equipment through our customer, their engineers quickly contacted us to inquire about the LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System, LSG-1800ACCD High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniospectroradiometer, LS2090-IEC LED Power Driver Tester, LSRF-3 Lamp Start, Run-up Time and Flicker Test System, OSP3204AE digital oscilloscope, SG61000-5 surge generator, LS9955 Automatic Safety Test System, etc. Due to the client’s high level of awareness and confidence in the quality and after-sales service of our equipment, they only needed to confirm some darkroom room preparations and specification parameters before quickly placing an order to purchase these equipment. The client ordered two sets of LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System at one time because they needed to use integrating sphere systems at two different locations. As soon as the client received our equipment, we immediately provided detailed installation and user manuals and operating videos. The client smoothly installed and started using the equipment according to the manuals and videos.

As the client’s business continued to expand, the testing speed of one laboratory was no longer able to meet their requirements. Therefore, the client decided to establish a laboratory in Zhongshan, China, similar to the one in Russia. Because they had already used our equipment previously, this time they directly placed an order to purchase equipment identical to the Russian laboratory. When the client received the equipment, they originally planned to install and operate it themselves. However, due to the urgency of the testing project and the need for quick installation and use, after learning that the client might encounter some difficulties, we immediately arranged for engineers to go to the client’s laboratory for installation and training. Despite the overtime and extra efforts put in by our engineers, the client successfully completed the installation and conducted successful tests before the project started.
