Turkey – LISUN engineers provide free calibration and training after-sales service for customers

LISUN engineers’ trip to Turkey this time is mainly to provide after-sales service for customers free of charge. Today, I will mainly talk about a company that is quite famous during the trip. It is a globally leading provider of quality and safety solutions, headquartered in London, UK. This company has laboratories in every country, each equipped with LISUN’s testing equipment. The Intertek Turkey laboratory primarily focuses on photometric testing equipment. After learning about our company’s products online, they showed great interest in our products. Following discussions with our engineers on some technical issues, they quickly placed an order for LISUN’s LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System and LSG-1800A High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer. These two sets of equipment are essential for LED laboratories and factories. After purchasing the equipment, because LISUN provide detailed installation videos and instructions, the customers were able to install and operate the equipment themselves quickly upon receiving it.

Due to the pandemic for the past three years, LISUN engineers were unable to travel abroad to provide installation and training services to customers. As soon as the pandemic ended, we contacted the customer immediately to inform them that our engineers would be visiting their company to provide free installation and training services. Despite the customer’s equipment being out of warranty, our engineers still visited the customer to provide free calibration and training as part of our after-sales service.
