Climate chamber is used to simulate a temperature environmental condistions. It may also be called environmental chambers or thermal chamber or temperature chamber. You can click the below videos to learn the details and also how to operate it.
Specification:
• The temperature humidity test chamber is made of SUS304 Steel. The thermal insulation layer is made of polyurethane hard foam ultra-fine glass fiber. The heat-insulated doorframe uses high temperature aging silicone rubber sealing strip.
• The temperature controller of the climate chamber includes Korean TEMI display in English/Chinese and German Siemens PLC. It can communicate with PC via RS-232. The temperature accuracy is 0.1℃ and humidity accuracy is 0.1%R.H.
• The temperature sensor is platinum PT100Ω/MV.
• The independant heating system uses nickel-chrome electric heater.
• The refrigerating system is fully enclosed air-cooled single-stage compression refrigeration mode, and the compressor is from France TECUMSEH brand which can allow you get after sales support from many other countries.
• The circulation system uses temperature resistant and low noise air-conditioned motor and multi-blade centrifugal wind wheel.
• The safety protection system includes electric leakage, short circuit, over temperature, motor overheating, compressor pressure, overload, over-current protection.
• Working Voltage: AC380V±10% 3 phases and frequency 50Hz/60Hz
• Working Environmental: Temperature 5℃~+30℃ and Humidity ≤85%R.H

The temperature and humidity environmental chamber can simulate a variety of temperature and humidity natural environments, and is suitable for testing electronic devices, household appliances, food, trolleys, vulcanized rubber, plastic rubber, metal materials and other commodities. The whole process of humidification of the temperature and humidity environmental chamber is to increase the working pressure of water vapor. The more initial way is to spray water on the test box wall to control the saturation pressure of the water surface according to the operating temperature.
1. LISUN low temperature such as -60℃ warranty under a 200W lamps with heating but other brands under empty conditions.
2. LISUN adopts with Finland brand electronic humidity sensor which no need to maintenence. But our competitor used dry ball device which is easy dry to cause problems after used 3-6months.
3. LISUN equipped a water purification device, customer can use a water pipe connect it to provide water supply directly, our competitor but need to add the water by hand.
4. LISUN temperature chamber key electrical connector parts adopted with famous brand AC contactor and solid state relays from Schneider and Omron brands. It is easy for you to find in your local market if they were failed, but our competitors used them with almost Chinese local brands.
