Product No: EMS-ISO7637
The electromagnetic interference generated during the normal operation of a vehicle can enter the power and signal lines of onboard electronic devices through conduction and coupling, leading to reduced functionality, temporary malfunctions, or even damage. The EMS-ISO 7637 Multifunctional Immunity Test System For Automotive Electronics simulates various typical electromagnetic disturbances produced during vehicle operation, while also replicating the changes in the vehicle’s power supply under conditions such as engine startup, switching of electronic devices, and battery charging/discharging. The waveforms generated by the EMS-ISO 7637 system comply with the immunity testing requirements of most automotive manufacturers for onboard electronics.
Standard:
ISO7637-2 “Road Vehicles – Conductive Coupling Electrical Interference – Part 2 Electrical Transient Conductivity Tests for Power Lines“
ISO7637-1 (GB-T21437.2 )”Road vehicles – Electrical disturbances from conduction and coupling – Part 1: Definitions and general considerations”
Technical Characteristics:
• Operation Interface: It features a large LCD color display and adopts a main module expansion architecture, offering a high level of intelligence. The system is user-friendly and facilitates easy operation, as well as future upgrades and updates.
• Designed for 12V/24V automotive electronic immunity test.
• Tested Product Capacity: DC 80V/100A, unified port output.
• Built-in various host interfaces and it can work with LISUN software on a PC.
