LED is also known as light emitting diode, is a solid-state semiconductor device that converts electrical energy into visible light, which can directly convert electrical energy into light energy. An important component of LED is a semiconductor chip. One end of the chip is mounted on a bracket to display the negative electrode, and the other end is connected to the positive electrode of the power supply. The whole chip is encapsulated by epoxy resin.
How to choose the right LED test equipment is the topic we want to talk about today. LISUN LED test equipment is mainly divided into three parts: electrical test equipment, optical test equipment and mechanical performance test equipment.
I、 Basic principles of electrical testing
1. Electrical testing mainly includes the following tests:
Various types of electrical parameter meters, AC / DC power supply, used to measure current, voltage, power, power factor, harmonic, etc.
It is used to detect whether electronic components work normally, such as LED drive, CFL ballast test and high-frequency source test system. It can be tested whether the measured object can output the required electric energy.
Electrical safety performance test, ls9955 / ls9923 and other equipment for withstand voltage, leakage current and grounding resistance test.
EMC / EMI test is used to test whether the equipment can work normally in the face of the fluctuations of the power grid and whether it will affect the power grid and the surrounding environment.

II. Basic principles of optical testing
1. At present, the test of LED / CFL lamps mainly focuses on the following test contents:
a. Lumens, b. Color temperature, c. Color rendering index, d. Light effect, e. Light distribution curve, f. Strobe, g. Illumination, h. Glare, i. Lumen maintenance rate.
Among them, the evaluation criteria of lumen, light efficiency, color temperature, color rendering index, light distribution curve and other parameters are mostly the specific requirements of customers to check whether the lamps can meet the actual needs. There are specific standard requirements for strobe, glare level, lumen maintenance rate and other parameters.

1. Integrating sphere spectrometer test system. It is mainly used to test the lumen, color temperature, color rendering index, light efficiency and spectral parameters of the light source. Strictly speaking, the integrating sphere system is not suitable for testing lumen parameters of lamps and lanterns. However, due to budget constraints, many customers can also recommend using the integrating sphere system for testing.
2. Goniophotometer test system, it is mainly divided into horizontal and vertical types. It is mainly used to test the lumen, light distribution curve, glare level and isoilluminance distribution diagram of the whole lamp. In addition, the most important function is to export ies or LDT files. (the distributed photometer system can also add a spectrometer and a color probe to form a system for spatial spectral distribution test.)
3. In addition, there are some small and portable devices for testing stroboscopic, illuminance, brightness and other parameters.
III. Mechanical testing principles
1. For mechanical performance test, there are two main principles:
Destructive test: mechanical test usually does not have test report. The way to judge whether the tested sample passes the test is whether the sample can continue to work and whether the performance is normal after the test.
The standard is above: all mechanical performance tests must be carried out in strict accordance with the corresponding international standards, including the structure and working principle of the test equipment. When there is doubt about the equipment performance, you can find the corresponding standard for confirmation.
2. LISUN mechanical performance test equipment
The equipment for mechanical performance test mainly includes the following aspects:
a. Environmental test equipment: including waterproof and dustproof ipxx test equipment, salt spray test chamber, high and low temperature humidity chamber, aging rack, UV aging test, etc

c. Protection performance test: IK protection level test, lamp cap gauge / torsion test, ball pressure test equipment, etc.
