About IPX56 waterproof test machine

For such things, people realized the importance of protecting property and developing technology, and began to devote themselves to developing various waterproof products. The IPX56 waterproof test machine is composed of two parts, the case and the turntable, which can be placed separately, and the bottom of the case and the turntable are equipped with movable casters. This design can not only save the occupied space of the testing machine, but also bring convenience to customers. The case and turntable are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The case is welded with a position for placing hoses, which is convenient for operators to use.

There is also an intelligent control operating system at the position of the test machine chassis. The operation panel that controls the whole operation core system – we use color 7-inch touch screen+Panasonic PLC (the software program is independently developed and designed by Guangzhou Yuexin). In addition, Guangzhou Yuexin has added the “remote control” function on the device. Users can set parameters, start, stop, clear data and other actions for the machine on mobile phones or computers. (The remote control function needs to download the corresponding software).

Below the operation panel of IPX56 waterproof jet test device is a flowmeter, which can clearly observe the water flow during the waterproof test, and can be adjusted manually. Because the total water spray flow of IPX5 and IPX6 is different, the water spray flow of IPX5 is 12.5 ± 0.625 (L/min), and the total water spray flow of IPX6 is 100 ± 5 (L/min). So there are two flow meters under the operation panel. According to the regulations, the distance of water spraying should be 2.5 meters to 3 meters. In addition, when testing the testing machine, customers need to have a special waterproof test room.

The diameter of spray hole of IPX5 hose is 6.3mm; The hose nozzle diameter of IPX6 is 12.5mm. The manufacturing data of the hose is designed according to the national GB4208 standard. Since the aperture of the water spray hole is different, the total flow of water spray is also different. According to the national standard, the water spray volume of IPX5 should be 12.5 ± 0.625 (L/min), while the water spray volume of IPX6 should be 100 ± 5 (L/min).

The test machine turntable that is not connected to the water spray test instrument is also made of SUS304 stainless steel. Its maximum bearing capacity is 50KG. Customers do not need to worry that the turntable cannot bear the weight of the test sample. In order to make the test results more accurate, the turntable can be rotated through the panel operating system in three ways, which is very convenient for the test.

How to confirm the test results?
Take out the sample, wipe off the water on the surface, and then open the sample to check whether there is water inside. If there is water inside, it is not up to the standard. For specific details, different rules in different industries can refer to corresponding industry standards.
