During the use of the ipx9k High Temperature Pressure Jet Waterproof Test Chamber, regular calibration is required to ensure the accuracy of the test results. Calibration method for IPX9K:
1. Prepare a force calibrator, a tool with a standard weight (1N), and then open the chamber door to install the force calibration device in the center of the turntable, aligning the “T” shaped probe on the calibration device with the spray hole in the vertical position. And adjust the distance so that the 90 ° nozzle is 150mm away from the sensor.
2. Place a 1N weight in the center of the “T” probe, click to enter the “Manual Window”, and observe whether the calibration pressure display of the lower force value is 1.00N. If it is 1N, it indicates that the sensor is accurate;
3. Remove the weight, click to enter the “Manual Window”, first press the “Force Value Zero Reset” button to reset the data.
Click on the “90 ° nozzle” first in sequence, then click on the “water pump switch”, and the nozzle will start spraying water immediately. Observe the force value at the bottom of the screen to calibrate the pressure display value. If the displayed value is between 0.9 and 1.2N, it means it is qualified.
It can be seen that IPX9K calibration is an important step to ensure the normal operation of the waterproof test device. Through correct calibration and maintenance, the accuracy of test results can be guaranteed and the long-term use of equipment can be guaranteed.
