1. Use high-purity refrigerant. If the refrigerant has too much water, it will cause ice blockage;
2. Regularly check whether the drying filter is brittle, and replace it immediately if it is aged, otherwise the drying filter will lose its drying and moisture absorption function and form freezing;
3. Check and maintain the water storage tank in the air humidifier. It should be replaced once a month to ensure that the water is clean. The humidifier water tray should be cleaned less once a month to ensure smooth water flow.

Does the high and low temperature chamber filter and dryer need to be replaced regularly?
1. Deionized filter tube for humidified water. For the deionization of humidified water, the loss of efficiency after long-term use will lead to scaling of the steam boiler or spraying of calcium and magnesium plasma into the test chamber along with the steam, polluting the surface of the test piece.
2. Drying cylinder of dry air displacement device. This kind of drying cylinder is reduced by repeated moisture absorption through chemical reaction, and the effect of moisture absorption will be lost if it is used for a long time.

The drying filter in the high and low temperature chamber refrigeration pipeline system is used to absorb water and gas mixed in the refrigerant and filter solid particles. When water enters the refrigeration system, it will corrode the refrigeration components and pipelines, emulsify the lubricating oil, and cause the “ice jam” phenomenon of the refrigeration system in serious cases. The solid particles will increase the wear of the moving parts of the refrigeration system (such as compressor, solenoid valve), or block the throttling channel, so it should be replaced regularly. In use, once the shell of the drying filter feels cool, even condensation, frost, and cooling of the drying filter shell indicate that the drying filter is saturated or seriously blocked, and the refrigerant throttling causes a small amount of refrigerant in the drying filter to evaporate, which must be replaced in time.

It is troublesome to replace the drying filter in the high and low temperature chamber refrigeration system. During replacement, the pipeline channel before and after the drying filter must be closed, and the connecting channel between the cooling system and the drying filter must be cut off to prevent the loss of the cooling quality in the system. After the drying filter is replaced, the vacuum shall be locally pumped to check the static pressure of the working quality in the refrigeration system. If there is too much loss of refrigeration working quality, some refrigeration working quality should be properly supplemented.
