The color of roasted green tea was determined by the above method. The multiple correlation coefficient between the color value of dry tea powder and the color fraction of soup was 0.9405, the multiple correlation coefficient between the color value of tea soup and the color fraction of soup was 0.9051, and the multiple correlation coefficient between the color value of dry tea powder and the total quality score was 0.9369.
