The ozone test chamber can independently adjust the ozone concentration to exceed the purpose of accelerating aging testing of raw materials.
The ozone generator is an important device in the ozone aging test chamber, mainly used to produce ozone gas. The reason why we use such a device is because ozone is very easy to decompose and cannot be stored well. It must be produced on-site. Therefore, wherever ozone is needed, an ozone generator must be used.
The working principle of the ozone generator:
The ozone generator of the ozone aging test chamber adopts a silent discharge tube, and the rust electrode adopts a closed glass cylinder. Its cross-sectional area can be circular or not standard circular. The inner electrode is made of hollow metal thin tubes, and the outer electrode is set on a squirrel cage shaped insulation bracket composed of a fixed ring and a positioning bar with embedded wire slots arranged in a positive and negative spiral direction,
The insulation support has the same shape as the glass cylinder and is covered outside. The stainless steel wires arranged in a positive and negative spiral cross pattern in the embedded wire slot are the outer electrodes. Due to its unique structure, it can be suitable for long-term operation in high and medium frequency power sources, with the advantages of high ozone generation, long service life, and high economic benefits.
The core technologies in the ozone system and the discharge tubes in the equipment generator may directly affect the operational efficiency and reliability of the equipment. The micro gap dielectric barrier discharge design adopted by the ozone generator can not only greatly improve the operation efficiency, but also greatly increase the safety and reliability of the continuous operation of the system; The technical parameters of the equipment have also fully reached the international advanced level.
Correct operation method for ozone aging test chamber:
1. Timing setting method for ozone aging test chamber: When setting, you can use the “+” and “-” buttons on the timer panel to set (H: hour, M: minute, S: second). For example, if it is 5 hours and 30 minutes, set “05H30”. After setting the time, turn on the timing switch and press the “ON” button of the power supply. At this time, the equipment will enter high-temperature and constant temperature operation. After the time is up, the equipment will automatically cut off the power supply.
2. How to start the ozone aging test chamber: Turn on the green button power, adjust the temperature of the equipment to 40 degrees, wait for the temperature inside the test chamber to stabilize completely, then reset the value of the ozone meter to 0, and wait for about 20 minutes before turning on the ozone button; Please refer to the instrument user manual for detailed instrument setting methods;
3. Ozone dynamic test method: Turn on both the turntable button and the stretching button, and adjust the speed as needed. The exhaust button is opened when the ozone is discharged outdoors at the end of the test.
4. Alarm temperature setting method: Press the instrument setting key “SET” for about 5 seconds to enter the internal menu of the instrument: AL1 (Alarm 1): Generally, it is AL1=SV+15 ℃. This alarm is only used during high temperatures, and does not need to be set for low temperatures. Example: If SV is 50 ℃, then AL1 is 65 ℃. ATU (self tuning): A self tuning value of 0000 indicates closure, and 0001 indicates opening.
When the machine is turned on, there is generally no need for self tuning. If a certain set temperature value is difficult to maintain, then self tuning can be turned on. During the self-tuning process, the temperature inside the chamber will fluctuate, which is a normal phenomenon.
Ozone test purpose:
