During the test, place the product to be tested on the turntable, turn on the high-pressure water pump, spray for a period of time, observe the performance of the product under the water jet, and judge whether the waterproof performance of the product meets the requirements of the standard by measuring and analyzing the data.

The size and diameter of its spray hole is 0.4mm, the water flow of ipx4 is 6L/min ± 0.05, the swing angle is 350 degrees, the swing speed is 350 degrees, and the return time is 12 seconds. This meets the requirements of this standard. After passing the test, if the product does not leak or affect the normal use, it is judged that the product has reached the level 4 waterproof standard and is qualified.

Operation steps of the use method of the swinging pipe rain equipment:

1. Place the sample on the sample turntable so that the sample is at the center of the table.
2. Adjust the height of the turntable according to the size of the sample so that the distance from the upper side of the sample to the nozzle of the swing tube does not exceed 200mm

3. Replace the blue spray holes at both ends of the swing tube with stainless steel plugs. Then enter the test interface to select the size of the radius of the swing tube and the waterproof grade. If the tested product is powered on for testing, please click “sample power” to make the sample powered on.

4. Return to the main interface and click “Test Start”. If the test time is up, the equipment will automatically stop the test, and the alarm interface of test completion will appear.

This is mainly based on the user’s test requirements for the product, because different users have different test requirements for the product, such as the size of the chamber, technical parameter specifications, content capacity, test function, etc. There is no standard requirement for customization. The inside diameter of the swing pipe is 15mm. The sample rotating table diameter is 1000mm (Or other size according to the diameter of the swing pipe), and the height is adjustable. The rotation speed is 1~5rpm which controlled by PLC panel.
