The high and low temperature humidity chamber, as its name implies is the experimental equipment that performs high and low temperatures on the product. The production of the high and low temperature chamber is mainly composed of five systems: heating system, refrigeration system, air circulation, control system, and temperature monitoring system.
Heating system: The heating system of the high and low temperature humidity chamber is relatively simple compared to the refrigeration system. It is mainly composed of high-power resistance wire. Because the heating rate required by the test chamber is relatively large, the heating system power of the test chamber is relatively large, and a heater is also provided on the bottom plate of the test chamber.
Refrigeration system: The refrigeration system is one of the key parts of the high and low temperature humidity chamber. Generally speaking, the refrigeration methods of the test chamber are mechanical refrigeration and auxiliary liquid nitrogen refrigeration. The mechanical refrigeration adopts vapor compression refrigeration. This refrigeration method is one of the widely used and economical refrigeration methods in artificial refrigeration.
Air circulation system: The air circulation system is generally composed of a centrifugal fan and a motor that drives its operation. It provides the circulation of air in the high and low temperature humidity chamber.
Control system: The control system has undoubtedly become the core of the high and low temperature humidity chamber. The control system determines the temperature rise rate, accuracy, and whether there is program control and other important indicators of the test chamber. At present, most of the controllers of the high and low temperature humidity chamber use PID control, and a small part of them use a combination of PID and fuzzy control.
Temperature monitoring system: The humidity system is divided into two subsystems: humidification and dehumidification. The humidification method of the test chamber generally adopts the steam humidification method that low-pressure steam is directly injected into the test space for humidification. This kind of humidification method has strong humidification ability, high speed, and sensitive humidification control. It is easy to realize forced humidification when making high and low temperature humidity chamber, especially when the temperature is lowered.
