Introduction of dust-proof test equipment and how to judge for the test results

Introduction for the dust-proof chamber:
The dust-proof test chamber is suitable for the dust and dust resistance tests of various auto parts. Comply meets IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2: 2013 <Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)>, GB2423.37-89 (Test L: dust test methods), GB4208-2008 <Enclosure Protection Level (IP Code)> 13.4, 13.5 , GB/T 4942.2-93(protective casing grade of low-voltage apparatus), GB7000.1 <Luminaires Part 1: General Requirements and Tests> 9.2.1, 9.2.2 , DIN40050 and IP5K0.

Judgment standard for dustproof results:
a)Acceptance condition with the first number being 5: After the dust-proof chamber test, observe the amount and location of talc powder deposition. If it is the same as other dust, it is not enough to affect the normal operation or safety of the device, and the test is considered qualified. Unless the product standard clearly stipulates a special case, no dust deposits are allowed where traces of creepage distances may result.
b)Acceptance condition with the first number being 6: After the dust-proof chamber is tested, there is no obvious dust deposit in the shell, which means that the test is qualified.
