IPX56 waterproof jet test device is composed of chassis and turntable, which can be placed separately, and movable casters are installed at the bottom of chassis and turntable. This design can not only save the space occupied by the testing machine, but also bring convenience to customers. The chassis and turntable are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The chassis is welded with a position for putting hoses, which is convenient for operators.
The testing machine chassis also has an intelligent control operating system. The operating panel that controls the entire operating core system – we use a color 7-inch touch screen+Panasonic PLC.
Below the operation panel of the IPX56 waterproof jet test device is the flowmeter, which can clearly observe the water flow during the waterproof test and can be manually adjusted. Because the total spray flow of IPX5 is different from that of IPX6, the spray flow of IPX5 is 12.5 ± 0.625 (L/min), and the total spray flow of IPX6 is 100 ± 5 (L/min). So there are two flow meters under the operation panel. According to the regulations, the distance of spraying water should be 2.5 meters to 3 meters. In addition, the customer shall have a special waterproof test room when testing the testing machine.
The diameter of spray hole of IPX5 hose is 6.3mm; The diameter of IPX6 hose nozzle is 12.5mm. The manufacturing data of hoses are designed according to the national GB4208 standard. Since the hole diameter of the spray hole is different, the total flow of water spraying is certainly different. The national standard shows that the water spraying amount of IPX5 should be 12.5 ± 0.625 (L/min), while the water spraying amount of IPX6 should be 100 ± 5 (L/min).
The turntable of the testing machine that is not connected to the water spray testing instrument is also made of SUS304 stainless steel. Its maximum bearing capacity is 50KG. Customers need not worry that the turntable cannot bear the weight of the test sample. In order to make the test results more accurate, the turntable can be rotated through the panel operating system in three ways, which is very convenient for testing.
Problems encountered by IPX56 waterproof jet test device :
1. The equipment starts with abnormal noise or other abnormalities and cannot operate normally
Please confirm that the voltage and frequency of the connected power supply are consistent with the product nameplate. Otherwise, the equipment may be damaged.
2. Start up, and the touch screen displays phase sequence error
The waterproof IPX56 power supply is three-phase. If the phase sequence is incorrect, the equipment cannot operate normally. Please shut down the machine, then switch the phase sequence of any two phases of the power line, and then start the machine again.
3. If the turntable rotates during the test, will it lead to the winding of the sample power cord
The turntable designed by LISUN will rotate in the opposite direction every minute. Use our waterproof plug power cord to power the sample, and the length is enough. It will not lead to winding.
4. The sound of the water pump starting can be heard, and the flowmeter is also in the open state, but no water is ejected from the nozzle
Please stop the water pump first, and then open the water pump exhaust valve in the following figure until there is water flowing out, and then close it. Then restart the water pump.
Note: The latest waterproof IPX56 has no exhaust valve. After redesign, the equipment can be used normally as long as enough water is injected into the water tank.
5. After starting the test, the equipment will not start the test
Please confirm that the program is in the initial state. Please click Reset and then click Start Test again.
6. How to confirm test results
If the sample is short circuited and extinguished during the test, it is definitely unqualified. If the sample still lights up normally, it is necessary to take out the sample, wipe the moisture on the surface, and then open the sample to check whether there is water entering the interior. If there is water entering, it is not up to the standard.
