A1: LMS-6000UV has two versions of software. New equipment can only use new software, and old equipment can only use old software.
This device is a handheld device, and the software is only an auxiliary tool. Neither the new software nor the old software can communicate with the device and then conduct operation test on the software. The software can only open the test results saved on the device, view and print the test report.
The device uses a USB cable to connect to the computer, and ensure that File transmission is selected as the Usb communication in the settings. Then you can use the device as a USB flash disk and open the files saved in the device with software.
