The IPX56 waterproof test chamber is a chamber structure, divided into a circular tube type water spraying experimental device and a fully automatic rectangular water spraying experimental device. The most obvious difference between the two is that the rectangular test box can test taller and larger samples than the long cylindrical water spray test box. The size of the test chamber can be customized according to customer requirements, which is more conducive to accurately testing the sample level.
The chamber structure testing machine is sprayed with blue and white paint on the outer shell, making the appearance of the equipment cleaner and more elegant. The outer chamber is made of stainless steel, while the inner chamber is basically made of SUS304 stainless steel for all water related parts, which is more corrosion-resistant and rust resistant than ordinary steel plate materials. The bottom of the testing instrument is equipped with a movable pulley, which allows the equipment to move freely and facilitates the handling and installation of operators.
There are two sizes of spray guns, one is a hose with a nozzle diameter of 6.3mm; Another type is a hose with a diameter of 12.5mm at the water spray nozzle. (Designed strictly in accordance with the national GB4208 standard) Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it is both corrosion-resistant and aesthetically pleasing. The spraying angle of the spray gun can be swung up and down, so that the equipment can increase accuracy during waterproof testing. Of course, the swing amplitude and duration of the spray gun can be controlled through the operation panel.
Operating specifications for IPX56 waterproof test chamber:
1. After turning on the power, when the control program set by the machine is completed, the machine will stop running;
2. When the set control program is completed, the machine will stop running;
3. Open the handle of the box door and place the test sample on the sample rack; Then close the chamber door; Attention: The capacity of placing the sample should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the testing area;
4. According to the operation manual, first perform the experimental setting operation, and then enter the testing state according to the set operation mode;
5. If you want to observe the changes in the inside of the chamber during testing, you can turn on the door light switch and know the internal changes through the window; The temperature and humidity changes inside the test chamber will be displayed on the controller (if there is no humidity requirement during the test, the humidity value will not be displayed);
6. Open the door handle of the box, remove the test sample from the sample rack, view the tested sample, and record the test status; This test is completed;
7. After the test is completed, turn off the power switch.
