•  If there are special requirements for sealing (such as tape), proceed as required. If there is no special requirement: use 2 inch transparent adhesive paper for the package box, and 3 inch transparent adhesive paper for the outer cartoon box.

Operating procedures:
1. Wiring: Connect the supplied power cord to the three-phase power supply and ground it, connect the control box and the testing machine with the supplied cable according to the plug fit, and try to run the up/down command. (If During operation, if you press the up button but run down or press the down button but run up, you only need to change the number of phases at the power supply.
2. Fall height adjustment: turn on the power of the host, set the height required for the test (the method is as follows), press the up button to reach the set height; if it stops halfway, it must reach the set height before the reverse can be performed Run the command;
3. Place the object to be measured on the work surface, and then fix it with a fixing rod;
4. Press the up key to raise the measured object to the set height;
5. Press the drop button to instantly separate the worktable from the measured object, and the measured object can fall freely;
6. Press the reset button to restore the workbench to working status;
7. If the test is repeated, repeat the above steps.
8. After the test: press the down button to make the work surface run to the lowest position and turn off the power button;

Drop height requirements:
There are special standards for drop test countries. The drop methods are free fall of one corner, three sides, and six sides. The height of the drop is determined by the weight of the product.

2. If the weight of the lamp packaging exceeds 68kg, it will fall in a six-sided manner, and the height of the drop will be 15.2cm;

Judgement result:
After the drop test is completed, the appearance, functionality and stability, and electrical safety performance should be re-examined according to the inspection procedures for finished lamps. It is required that the appearance should not have defects such as damage, depression, deformation, etc., and there is no change in performance, it is judged as qualified; otherwise, it is unqualified;

Packaging requirements:
After the drop is completed, the entire package must not be severely deformed (drop to the package).

Appearance requirements:
No gaps, cracks, damage, deformation, etc. should appear in the test samples of the lamps (refer to the appearance inspection standards of each lamp for details).

Internal structure:
After the drop is completed, the cover must be opened for inspection to observe that the fan, motor, connectors, fasteners and other components are installed well without loosening, cracks, damage, deformation, breakage, etc. (refer to the operating instructions of each lamp for details).

Self-propelled and use the console to run the lamp, test its light output, closed light, stroboscopic, single color, color mixing, focusing, horizontal, vertical and other functions are normal, the lamp beads can be fully bright, and there is no abnormal noise in operation (specific reference documents YJ/D-QC-029, YJ/D-QC–037, YJ/D-QC-036). Optical performance—parameters such as illuminance, color temperature, power, and current meet the requirements.
