How does the IPX9 High Temperature Pressure Jet Waterproof Test Chamber operate during the experiment?
1. Please place the sample on the sample turntable of IPX9 High Temperature Pressure Jet Waterproof Test Chamber, so that the sample is at the center of the table;
2. Adjust the distance between the sample and the 90 ° nozzle: turn counterclockwise to loosen the lower screw buckle (tighten clockwise), and then directly turn the table top (lower clockwise and higher counterclockwise) to make the sample reach the standard distance from the top nozzle (125 ± 25mm, measured with a steel ruler), and then tighten the screw thread;

5. Enter the “test parameters” interface, and input various test parameters: spray time (30 seconds), spray interval (10 seconds), temperature setting (80 ℃), turntable speed (5r/min), and actual power-on and power-off time;
6. Open the water tank cover and reconfirm that the IPX9 waterproof test Shedel water tank has been filled with water; Or click the “water filling switch” to start the test when the water full alarm prompt appears;
7. Return to the main interface, click “heating switch” and wait for the water temperature to rise to 80 ℃ (heating time is about 30min);

Then, please open the door slightly (do not open the door all at once to prevent skin scalding by high temperature steam);
10. Remove the sample, turn off the “heating switch” key, and turn off the power supply of IPX9 High Temperature Pressure Jet Waterproof Test Chamber; If the next test is to be carried out, you need to click the “Reset” button to reset the previous test data.
