I. What is the function of Temperature and Humidity Chambers?
1. Cooling function: The compressor is the heart and blood of the refrigeration system. The test instrument inhales low-temperature and low-pressure gas to become high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and form liquid through condensation, and release heat. After the instrument’s fan takes away heat, the instrument is a hot air factor. Then, it passes through the throttling to become low-pressure liquid, and then it passes through the evaporator to become low-temperature and low-pressure gas back to the compressor.

2. Humidifying and dehumidifying function: The refrigeration system is the factor to complete the dehumidification system. When the controller receives the heating indication, it will output voltage to the relay, about 3-12 volts direct current is added on the solid state relay, the AC end is equivalent to wire connection, and the contactor will also be attracted at the same time, the heater has two sides of voltage to make it heat, and the heat is brought to the box through the circulating fan, so the instrument will heat up, and the temperature will quickly reach the preset value set by the customer.

1. Over temperature alarm The equipment is equipped with a separate over temperature protection temperature controller. The over temperature alarm is generally the following problems:
(1) due to the operation failure caused by the low setting of the over temperature protection temperature controller, it is only necessary to adjust the over temperature protection temperature controller;
(2) the temperature value displayed on the instrument has exceeded the original set temperature value. This may be caused by the breakdown of the temperature control element, the instrument fault or the control circuit fault.

2. Overpressure alarm
(1) The pressure value set by the internal pressure controller of the equipment is incorrect. If it is lower than 1.8 Mpa, it should be adjusted.
(2) If there are ashes on the condenser, the heat exchange effect is not good, and then the condenser of the Cold and Hot Thermal Shock Chamber can be cleaned.
(3) The failure of other refrigeration systems in the equipment will also lead to the problem of overpressure alarm.

3. Water shortage alarm
The water shortage alarm of the equipment usually comes from the water shortage of the moisturizing water tank:
(1) when the moisturizing water tank is filled with water for the first time, the water level has not reached.
(2) If there are blockages in the water supply pipe, it can be dredged.
(3) The normal temperature of the water shortage protection temperature controller should be 110°C.
