The water level should be maintained at approximately six minutes full.

Factors that slow down the cooling speed of high and low temperature test chambers:
1. Observe the refrigeration unit during the operation of the equipment to see if it can be started, and whether the refrigeration compressor can be started during the operation of the high and low temperature test chamber. This indicates that the power circuit from the main switch power supply to each refrigeration compressor is normal, and the circuit system is not faulty.
2. After checking the circuit system of the high and low temperature test chamber, there were no issues. Then, we checked the refrigeration unit. Firstly, we checked that the exhaust pipe and respiratory working pressure in the low-temperature (R23) refrigeration compressor of the two refrigeration units of the equipment were lower than the standard value, indicating that the respiratory working pressure was being exhausted, indicating that the refrigerant volume of the main refrigeration unit was insufficient.
3. Touch the outlet and suction pipes of the main unit (R23) compressor with your hand. If you find that the temperature of the exhaust pipe is not high enough and the temperature of the suction pipe is not low (without frost), it indicates that the refrigerant of the main unit (R23) is not enough.
4. The cause of the malfunction has not been clearly identified, and further confirmation of the cause of the malfunction must be conducted in conjunction with the laboratory control process. During the insulation phase, both units also need to operate synchronously.
5. When the equipment temperature starts to stabilize, the auxiliary unit should stop working and the main unit should maintain temperature stability.
6. During the temperature maintenance phase of the high and low temperature test chamber, once the auxiliary unit stops operating, the main unit has no cooling effect, and the air in the equipment will slowly rise.
When the temperature rises to a certain level, the control system of the equipment will start the auxiliary unit cooling, reduce the temperature to the set value, and the auxiliary unit will stop working. If repeated, a malfunction will occur.
