Test method and structure of ipx56 waterproof jet test chamber

The waterproof jet test chamber, as its name implies, is a waterproof test equipment with the appearance of a box type. It is mainly used to check whether the enclosures and seals of electrical and electronic products, automobile and motorcycle instruments and meters ensure the good working performance and technical status of the products and components after the water test or during the test. At the same time, the transportation or use of the products may be affected by rain.

Test method:
1. The spray gun aperture specified by IPX5 waterproof grade is 6.3mm, and the spray gun aperture specified by IPX6 waterproof grade is 12.5mm;
2. The water flow in IPX5 waterproof grade is 12.5 ± 0.625L/min, and that in IPX6 waterproof grade is 100 ± 5L/min;
3. The center part of main water flow in IPX5 waterproof grade is a circle with a diameter of about 40mm at 2.5m away from the nozzle; The central part of the main water flow in IPX6 waterproof grade is a circle 2.5 from the nozzle with a diameter of about 12mm;
4. The test time of IPX5 and IPX6 is 3 minutes, and the distance between nozzle shell surfaces is 2.5 m-3 m.

Appearance structure of waterproof jet test chamber :
1. The whole box adopts an integral structure, which is divided into upper, lower and right parts. The upper part is the working room, the lower part is the mechanical room, and the right side is the electrical control cabinet.
2. The door of the box type rain test chamber is equipped with an observation window, which can directly observe the working state of rain.

Internal structure of waterproof jet test chamber :
1. Imported SUS304B stainless steel plate is used inside.
2. Water supply tank: stainless steel water storage tank, equipped with water filter and drain valve.
3. Sewer: It is designed at the bottom of the box to discharge quickly without ponding.

IPX56 waterproof jet test chamber is a kind of ipx56 strong flushing test equipment, which is used to test whether the product shell meets IPX5/IPX6 waterproof grade standards.

3. IPX6 spray water flow: 100 ± 5 (L/min);
4. Flow control mode: manual adjustment (rotameter);
5. Water spraying distance: 2.8m (the distance from the nozzle to the center of the turntable);
6. Control system: (touch) 7-inch touch screen+PLC;
7. Power supply of IPX56 spray test box: 380V;
8. Power supply of test sample: 220V.

IPX56 waterproof jet test chamber manual interface operation matters?
1. IPX5 start: click this button, the IPX5 solenoid valve will open and the water pump will start at the same time; Click this button again to stop the water pump. (If there is no water when clicking this key when the water circuit is connected, it indicates that there is an exception. Please refer to Chapter 8 of this manual).
2. IPX6 start: click this button, the IPX6 solenoid valve will open and the water pump will start at the same time; Click this button again to stop the water pump.
3. Forward rotation of turntable: click to turn the turntable clockwise. (Please note whether the sample wire is wound when rotating)
4. Turntable inversion: click to turn the turntable counterclockwise. (Please note whether the sample wire is wound when rotating)
5. Spray gun up: click to start the spray gun up; Click again to stop the action.
6. Spray gun lower hem: click to start the spray gun downward; Click again to stop.
7. Sample power supply: click to power on the sample power socket; Click again to power off.
