The drip box is applicable to the waterproof grade test of IPX1 and IPX2. Wall hanging structure: the rack is fixed against the wall to ensure the stable operation of the rain drip panel. The equipment frame is made of aluminum profiles, and the sample turntable is made of SUS304 # stainless steel plate to ensure no rust after long use.

The test samples include but are not limited to electronic components, outdoor lamps, mobile phone shells, auto accessories, etc. The column structure is used to test larger samples. The equipment base is equipped with four movable band brake casters, which are convenient to move and fix. The new operating system makes remote operation more convenient and fast.

The rain drip panel is vacuum designed and made of high rust proof stainless steel, with automatic lifting; The flow meter of rainwater drip flow is equipped with a regulating valve, which is adjusted manually.

The frame of IPX12 water drop tester is composed of four aluminum columns. We use high-quality aluminum alloy materials. The weight of aluminum is lighter, and it will not be difficult to carry because it is too heavy. Moreover, aluminum materials have good corrosion resistance and are not easy to rust. The four columns of the testing machine are equipped with castors, which can be fixed or moved, making the equipment run smoothly, convenient for packaging and transportation, and saving installation and handling time. Customers do not need to worry that the testing machine does not conform to the size of the test sample, because our waterproof testing instrument can be customized according to customer requirements, regardless of the size of the rain drip panel or the overall frame size of the testing machine, which can be customized for enterprises.

From the top to the bottom, the roof of the test machine is controlled by the electric hoist, and the lifting is controlled by the electric hoist. There is no need to be afraid of the danger caused by the falling of the rain drip. There is a water guide pipe directly above the rain drip panel, and the water flows directly to the rain drip panel, which can make the rainfall of the rain drip panel uniform. The drip plate connected to the water guide pipe is made of stainless steel. Drip holes (0.4mm for each hole diameter, designed in strict accordance with GB4208 standard) are evenly distributed on the drip plate, which can simulate the rain scene, making the rain area of the test sample more uniform and comprehensive.

In addition, a layer of stainless steel mesh protective net is installed under the rain drip panel, effectively preventing the operator from accidentally touching the needle during operation. In addition, an infrared sensor is installed 200 mm below the side of the rain drip panel. The reason for this design is that the distance between the raindrop plate and the sample is to meet the standard requirements – to make the sample rain area more uniform. The function of the infrared sensor is to make the nozzle located at the 200mm position of the tested sample. If the infrared sensor receives the blocking induction, it will send information to the system, and the rain drip panel will automatically stop to prevent damage to objects or injury to operators.

During the IPX12 drip test, some small details need to be noted.
1. During the IPX12 test, the tested shell is not placed at the center of the turntable, and the eccentricity (the distance between the axis line of the shell and the axis line of the turntable) is 100mm.
2. During the IPX2 test, the table supporting the housing does not rotate. If the table is rotating during the test, it is not up to the standard.
