The CSS61000-11 series Voltage Dips and Interruptions Generator | AC Voltage Dips Simulator is a high-precision device developed by LISUN specifically for voltage anomaly immunity testing of electrical and electronic products (EUT). It uses to simulate common power grid abnormalities such as Voltage dips, interruptions and variations, providing standardized testing conditions for evaluating product stability and reliability under power grid fluctuations.
The CSS61000-11 supports single-phase output which is designed according to IEC 61000-4-11, and CSS61000-11T supports three-phase output which is designed according to IEC 61000-4-34. It features a large Android touchs creen with English and Chinese language, built-in IEC and GB test standards, it supports one-touch recall of preset parameters (such as a 50% voltage dip or a 100ms interruption). The dip phase, duration and number of cycles can also be customized to meet individual testing requirement.

Applications:
• Lighting Product Testing: According to IEC 60598-1:2024 and GB 7000.1-2023, grid voltage drops (e.g., a 50% drop lasting 100ms) are simulated to test the flickering and extinguishing behavior of LED lamps and ballasts during voltage fluctuations, verifying their ability to withstand voltage fluctuations and supporting 3C certification for lighting fixtures.
• Home Appliance Testing: For refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other home appliances, voltage interruptions are simulated (e.g., a 0% interruption lasting 500ms) to evaluate device restart performance and data retention capabilities, ensuring normal operation after a brief grid power outage and compliance with home appliance safety standards.
• Industrial Control Equipment Verification: Voltage variation tests (e.g., voltage increase from 80% to 110%) are performed on industrial equipment such as PLCs, inverters, and servo motors to verify the control accuracy of the equipment under grid voltage fluctuations and prevent downtime due to voltage anomalies during production. Power supply product testing: Tests the voltage drop immunity of switching power supplies, UPSs, and charging stations, simulating grid voltage drops (e.g., a 30% drop lasting 200ms) to verify power supply output stability and switching response speed, ensuring that downstream loads are not affected by voltage fluctuations.
• Medical electronic equipment testing: For medical devices such as monitors and ventilators, voltage interruption tests (e.g., a 0% interruption lasting 1s) are conducted according to the IEC 61000-4-11:2021 standard to evaluate the device’s backup power switching efficiency and critical data retention capabilities, ensuring medical safety.
• Third-party certification testing: Provides voltage drop testing services compliant with GB, IEC, and EN standards for electronic and electrical companies.
