  • Automotive Electrics & Electronics Testing System | Automotive Electrical Load Testing System fully complies with ISO 16750-2:2023, VW 80000 and GM 3172. It is designed for testing the electrical and electronic systems/components of road vehicles. This system outlines potential environmental stresses and specifies tests and requirements for particular installation locations within the vehicle. The goal is to assist users in systematically defining and applying a set of internationally recognized environmental conditions, tests, and operational requirements, based on the expected operational conditions and actual environmental exposure of the equipment.

    System Configuration:

Multifunctional Immunity Test instrument Host LIS-7600 The main responsibilities include parameter settings and status control of various waveform modules, and it can be connected to a computer for upper-level control.
P2b/4 Simulator LIS-7640D-C The system enables testing of Pulse 2b, Pulse 4, and their derivative waveforms, with a voltage range of -40V to 40V and a 30A power supply for the test specimen. It supports a superimposed frequency of 50kHz @ 2Vp-p.(Optional: LIS-7640D-D Voltage 80~80V / Current 100A)
Ripple Generator LIS-7640-RPS It supports AC superimposition testing according to ISO 16750-2:2023, with a frequency range of DC to 300kHz, superimposed voltage of 10V, 50V @ 200kHz, and 30V @ 300kHz.
Ground Offset Box LIS -OFFSET-01 Ground Offset Box: Capable of meeting both power offset and ground offset requirements simultaneously. It includes a built-in 1V 30A power supply with programmable 1V offset voltage control, making testing more convenient.
Audio Isolation Transformer ITEU-LIS-100A Includes an audio isolation transformer with a voltage rating of no less than 1500VDC, a turns ratio of 2:1, and a current capacity of 100A.
    P5a/5b Simulator LIS-7650 Pulse 5a and Pulse 5b Waveforms
Automotive Power Fail Simulator PFS-80V100A Micro-Interrupt Switch, with ±1 power line, each rated at 80V/100A, minimum interrupt time of 1μs, and switch speed ≤200ns; 16 signal lines, each rated at 2A, minimum interrupt time of 1μs, and switch speed ≤200ns, compliant with VW 80000, GM3172, Nissan 28401, Q/WM J073013A, LV124, LV148, RENAULT 36 – 00 – 808, and others.
Signal Timing Switch PFS -1702 Signal Timing Switch, used for signal short-circuit and load short-circuit testing.
Host Computer Testing Software CASE-19 Install the above instruments in a cabinet for a neat and professional appearance, with easy and convenient operation.

Note: The above Automotive Electrics & Electronics Testing System  with the addition of some LISUN instruments can fully meet ISO 7637-2 and GB/T 21437.2 standards. For specific system configurations, please refer to the ISO 7637 Multifunctional Immunity Test System For Automotive Electronics.
